Research On The Evaluation Of Sustainable Development Capacity Of Yunnan Tobacco Industry

In recent years,with the tightening of the overseas tobacco market,the tobacco market of China is facing a severe situation in which the economic growth slows down,the cigarette retail market is sluggish,and maintaining stable growth is becoming more difficult.In the context of the domestic market is on a downward trend,Yunnan's tobacco industry is in a critical period of reforming with "two unifications and two integrations".In the meanwhile,the influence of raising taxes and the increasingly harsh tobacco control environment have a huge impact on Yunnan's tobacco industry,which leads the decline in production and sales of cigarettes,the fall down in the rate of produce and sale for key brands,and the escalating inventory issue.Therefore,finding how to achieve breakout in the predicament,how to cope with the increasingly unfavorable external environment,and how to stabilize tobacco taxes and realize the sustainable development are of great significance to the development of Yunnan's tobacco market.Based on the relevant research on sustainable development theory at domestic and overseas,this paper studies the sustainability of Yunnan tobacco industry and deeply analyzes the internal and external characteristics of Yunnan tobacco industry development.Then,according to the researches on sustainable development evaluation for Yunnan tobacco,this paper systematically constructs a series of the influence factors on the development of Yunnan tobacco industry from three dimensions of development degree,coordination degree and sustainability,by utilizing the DEMATEL method to screen pivotal indicators,applying ANP to empower the indicators and determining the assessment indicator system for sustainable development.Secondly,the sustainable development of tobacco industry in Yunnan was evaluated through a linear combination model.Finally,based on the results from linear combination model,the countermeasures and safeguard measures to improve the sustainable development of Yunnan tobacco industry are put forward.
