China's economic development has entered a new normal,climate and environmental changes have received more and more attention,and China has entered the age of carbon constraints.China's natural gas demand will maintain sustained growth for a period of time.The topic of this paper is to study the system scale of sustainable development of China's natural gas industry,that is,to provide a system scale system that can determine the sustainable development level of China's natural gas industry,and evaluate the sustainable development status of natural gas in China,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.First of all,this paper defines the concept of China's natural gas industry sustainable development system scale,constructs a theoretical paradigm for the sustainable development of China's natural gas industry,and proposes the principles and methods for the construction and optimization of China's natural gas industry sustainable development system scale.Construction of a System Scale for the Sustainable Development of China's Natural Gas Industry.The scale of China's natural gas industry sustainable development system constructed in this paper includes: the dimension of natural gas industrial system form based on industrial guarantee,the dimension of natural gas industrial system structure based on industrial coordination,the behavioral dimension of natural gas industrial system based on industrial development potential,and the development based on industry The benefits of the natural gas industry system function dimensions are four dimensions.Secondly,this paper completes the optimization of the system scale of the above four dimensions.Through sensitivity analysis,it was found that the natural gas industrial system based on industrial guarantees between 2013 and 2015 was 0.44 in a good scale.The establishment of a parameter pool for the coordination scale of different natural gas industries in the region has revealed the difference in the scale of China's natural gas industry coordination in 2014 and the sensitivity of the indicators.Finally,through the dynamic simulation of the system,the combination of 17 indicators in four dimensions was optimized.The dynamic planning method was used to determine the optimal scale combination for the sustainable development of the entire natural gas industry in China.A systematic assessment of the sustainable development status and trends of the natural gas industry in China from 2000 to 2030 has been carried out.The results show that the sustainable development level of China's natural gas industry will gradually increase in three different scenarios.Under the conditions of using foreign resources and international trade,achieving sustainable development is dynamic.We believe that the sustainable development of China's natural gas industry in 2000 will be a state of weak and unsustainable development;in 2017,the sustainable development of China's natural gas industry will be weaker.The state of sustainable development;the sustainable development of China's natural gas industry in 2020 will be a relatively weak and sustainable development;and the sustainable development of China's natural gas industry in 2030 will be a relatively weak and sustainable development.
