Research On Ecological Environment Quality Evaluation System Method In Yunnan Province

Eco-environmental quality evaluation is to select the appropriate evaluatio n method,and establish an evaluation model to assess the qualit y of the ecologica l environment in the study area.The evaluat ion of ecological environment qualit y can directly reflect the qualit y of the environment and is of great significance to the ecological environment protection.In 2016,the “13th Five-Year Plan” was creatively proposed.The five development concepts of “innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing”,among which green development proposes to improve the qualit y of the eco logical environment as the core,focus on solving outstanding problems in the ecological environment,and in crease the intensity of ecologica l environmental protection.Yunnan Province enjoys a superior geographical position,a beautiful natural environment,rapid economic development,and a continuous improvement in the living standards of its residents.At thi s stage,Yunnan Province is under the dual pressure of econo mic development and natural environmenta l protection,and it is of great significance for its empirical research on the quality o f ecological environment.This paper first uses the system theory,sustainable development theory and t he concept of ecological environment quality to determine the framework of the ecological environment qualit y evaluat ion index system.The system is divided into three subsystems: econo mic environment,natural environment and socia l environment.Secondly,a detailed analysis of the current status of ecologica l environment qualit y in Yunnan Province has laid the foundation for further research and analysis.With reference to a large number of relevant national evaluation indicators and academic literature,the preliminary evaluation indicators of ecologica l environment quality in Yunnan Province were selected.Secondly,using the attribute reduction principle of rough sets to establish the index screening model,the preliminary selection of 45 indicators using the 2008-2017 Yunnan indicator data for index screening,and finally obtained 29 indicators.The interval hesitation fuzzy entropy is used to determine the index weight.Thirdly,the ecological environment qualit y asse ssment model of Yunna n Province was established,and 16 prefectures and cities in Yunnan Province were divided into three regions according to the topography and landforms.The three regions of 2013-2017 and Yunnan Province were respectively studied empirically.The research results show that the ecological environment quality of Yunna n Province shows an overall upward trend.From the perspective of various subsystems,the speed of econo mic development and the scale of development are all steadily rising,but the economic structure needs further improvement;social development is generally on the rise,people's living standards are significant ly improved,and resource allocation and social security are all available.Improvement;the natura l environment deve lopment of 16 prefectures and cit ies in Yunnan Province is unstable,and the qualit y of surface water and the amount of cult ivated land have affected the overall environmental qualit y of 16 cit ies and counties.Finally,in order to promote the coordinated development of ecologica l environment quality construction in Yunnan Province,this paper explores the corresponding policy recommendations from three aspects: econo mic environment,natural environment and social environment.
