Piano was introduced into China in the middle of the 19 th century,which has been one hundred years.The piano is popular for its wide range and rich expressive performance,so it quickly enters into the lives of Chinese people.China's piano manufacturing industry started in 1950.After more than a century of development,it has gradually formed a complete industrial chain.Especially since entering the 21 st century,with the development of economy and social progress,China has become a major piano production country.The public's love for piano education continues unabated,Piano training institutions sprang up and piano culture is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.Meanwhile,electronic instruments were born with the development of science and technology.In recent years,the market of electronic instruments at home and abroad continues to expand,impacting the traditional instrument market.Traditional piano is no longer the only choice for people.An electric piano also has eighty-eight keys,which is the same as a piano,and it is also played in the same way as the piano.In addition,the electric piano has more complete functions,lower price,convenient mobility and maintenance.Since its introduction into China,it has been favored by more and more piano players.Especially for the amateur,their purpose is to cultivate interest,enrich the amateur life,the low price of its several thousand is more advantageous than traditional piano.In piano teaching,because electric pianos are easy to move,and There is headphone jack on the device which keeps it from disturbing other people,it breaks the previous one-to-one mode of piano teaching and develops a new mode of collective piano teaching,which greatly reduces the repeated work of teachers and improves the teaching efficiency.As early as the 1990 s,the output of electric pianos in Japan has exceeded that of traditional pianos,CASIO,KAWAI and other famous piano manufacturers have turned their attention to the development and application of electric piano technology.As a major piano production country,Pearl River,HAILUN and other domestic mainstream piano manufacturers have also developed and produced localized electric pianos to meet the market demand,but the technical level still needs to be further improved.With the development of electric piano,the controversy about its touch never stops,the major piano manufacturers have also been improving the electric piano's touch to copy the traditional piano.Under this premise,this paper use mathematics,mechanics and other related knowledge,take the CASIO GP500 electric piano as a case,and use data analysis method,comparison research.meanwhile,combined with the Auto CAD drawing software,analyzed the scientific data from the most basic structural elements.In addition,summarized the similarities and differences of the structure,proportion relation,working principle and running track between electric piano and traditional grand piano.Finally,on the basis of scientific and rigorous analysis results,in-depth research on how to improve the touch of electric piano keyboard,I form a new design scheme.This research can be applied to the manufacturing of electric pianos in China,providing new ideas and methods for the research of electric pianos,so as to achieve better touch and performance effect.It provides theoretical basis and technical support for further improvement and optimization of China's electric piano,so as to improve the electric piano manufacturing industry's economic benefits of China.
