Research On Risk Management Of Pearl River Piano Intelligent Piano Project

China's intelligent piano industry started early,initially mainly to provide basic core services,mostly rely on the development of universities and research institutes.During the past five years,the industry has experienced policy-enabling stage and capital-enabling stage because of the double impetus of national policy and capital.On the basis of service and product,the intelligent piano industry not only provides the basic service,but also extends the basic service such as function expansion and quality optimization.Then the industry entered the capital enabling stage,in this period because of a large influx of capital,in accordance with corporate capital demand direct equity investment or other capital docking smart piano model gradually mature.At the present stage,the enterprise-led industrial innovative intelligent piano,through its own rich industrial resources to enable upstream and downstream enterprises to develop into the core mode of industry development.In this paper,the Pearl River Piano Group Intelligent Piano Project Risk Management as the research content.Start with the main risk points of the project and the problems in risk management.Then,according to the intelligent piano project,production and sales of three parts,the project risk identification.Finally,the use of analytic hierarchy process combined with mold and comprehensive evaluation of the project risk to do a comprehensive evaluation,identify the key risk factors of the project.This paper introduces and describes the knowledge of project management,risk and risk management theory in detail,and explores the model of risk identification,analysis,comprehensive evaluation,control and response.This paper tries to find a systematic and transparent way to show the process of risk management.The conclusion of this paper has certain theoretical and practical significance.
