| The phenomenon of drilling stuck in oil well is one of the common problems in the development and exploitation of oil field.The occurrence of drilling stuck phenomenon will seriously affect the normal operation of oil well,increase the time and cost of oil well mining and reduce the effect of development.The card breaking technology adopted in China is mainly traditional card breaking technology,that is,using chemical reagent to cut the internal pipe fishing before cutting the external pipe fishing,which increases the cost and time of card understanding.However,the methods adopted abroad are mainly chemical blasting cutting,mechanical cutting and hydraulic cutting,which are difficult and dangerous in operation.Therefore,the fast,efficient,safe and cost-saving double-pipe single cutting has become an urgently needed method in oil field card breaking.Based on the theory and method of technical and economic evaluation,this paper refines the research problem and method that is suitable for the double-pipe primary cutting project of oil well in bohai oilfield.According to the effective mechanism of the downhole double-tube primary cutting process,the technical evaluation system of the project is proposed,and the necessity and feasibility of the technical scheme are comprehensively evaluated from the technical path and technical characteristics of the project.Based on the general situation of the project,the equipment and the project installation of the underground twin-pipe primary cutting project,the investment estimation,cost and expense,cash flow and profit of the project during the construction period were evaluated comprehensively.The social effect of the project was analyzed from the aspects of reducing operation cost,quick workover and efficient card solving.Through the technical and economic evaluation of the downhole two-pipe primary cutting project,it is found that the project is technically advanced,effective and safe.Through the calculation of the project’s internal rate of return and breakeven point,it is found that the project has good economic benefits and is technically and economically feasible.At the same time,the application of the process is beneficial to reduce the operating cost of the enterprise and achieve the goal of quick and efficient workover operation. |
