As the most speeding developing country,China has got attract worldwide attention in its economic field since the end of 70's last century. But in recent twenty years the problems were exposed as the low energy utilization efficiency and the severe pollution on environment due to the per capita resource shortage and extensive pattern of development. In order to realize the strategy of sustainable balanced development of economy and environment, energy saving and emission reduction has been focused ori and become more important as the way to the modulations of economic structure and development, and the way to the reversing of severe resource consumption and environment pollution.During decades of development, although the career of energy saving and emission reduction has achieved remarkable effect, some vulnerabilities still resist, such as lack of initiation in this career, lack of effective control and measurements on the wasting of energy resources. This article discussed the related theories of Clean Production Audit and Feasibility Study, including the basic conceptions, principles and different stages of Clean Production Audit and Feasibility Study.According to the investigation and analysis on the auxiliary chemical plants, related theories of Clean Production Audit shall be applied into the career of energy saving and emission reduction, and the alternative schemes shall also be raised up and be evaluated. The feasibility study shall be carried out on the middle cost-effective schemes at the aspects of technical, economical, and environmental, and finally come into being the scheme of energy saving and emission reduction.
