In recent years, along with the transformation and development of China's state-owned enterprises, the employment system has also undergone significant changes. In the past, the traditional employment model has not been able to adapt to the development needs of modern enterprises. In order to provide better support to enterprises to complete diverse, economic and efficient growth, labor dispatch emerged as an innovative type of employment. The labor dispatch system was quickly accepted and used by state-owned enterprises because of its own advantages. The most significant aspect of labor dispatch is that the laborer and the employer are not engaged by employment relationship.Instead, the labor dispatch unit acts as a third-party bridge between the two abovementioned parties. Not only saved the operating costs and human resource costs of the employer, but it also assigns the simplest and bottom works to the labor dispatch unit, which can save a lot of recruitment and management costs. Many state-owned enterprises are fancy that the labor dispatching employment system can outsource some first-line positions or positions with lower skill requirement,so that hiring units can avoid disputes from labor contracts. Therefore, labor dispatch system was widely used by many state-owned enterprises. However,a coin has two sides, which definitely has its advantages and disadvantages.Because labor and employer only have relationship of use but no labor relationship, the labor dispatch staff may lack of a sense of belonging to the enterprise, and hence, impairs their sense of organizational identity.Eventually,it will also eventually affect their work performance, which will seriously affect the future sustainable development of the enterprise.Nowadays,Chinese scholars' research on the employment system of labor dispatching is mainly focused on its development process, and most of the research is horizontal research.Although researchers in various periods have done a lot of research on job performance and organizational identity and have formed more mature research results, the exploration of the relationship between labor dispatchers is still very narrow.Taking the state-owned enterprises in the petroleum industry as an example, this article turns the practical problems encountered in management into the theoretical problems of academic research according to the actual problems found in the research and referring to the existing academic achievements and research methods in mainland and overseas.Hence, research on the relationship between organizational identity and job performance in state-owned enterprises, especially oil service dispatchers. Therefore, this article will use the specific investigation object of the oil industry to dispatch employees to study the relationship between organizational identity and job performance.Through the questionnaire survey of 299 first-line labor dispatchers in the petroleum industry,254 valid questionnaires were finally recovered, and a large amount of data was collected on the spot, and relevant processing and analysis were carried out based on the collected data.Turning the problem countered in management embodied and explicit, and the relationship between the organization identification and work performance of labor dispatched employees is investigated, which can provide theoretical basis for practice. The research results show that labor dispatching employees with high organizational recognition are more willing to understand the deeper development of the organization, and it also can better align employees'and organization's development goals, thus facilitating the improvement of work performance.
