With the development of deep and ultra-deep oil and gas resources,the drilling fluid vibrating screen has been updated and replaced.The solid-liquid separator is a new type of vibrating screen developed on the basis of the drilling fluid vibrating screen.It can not only perform solid-liquid separation treatment on the debris-containing drilling fluid,but also can be applied to sewage and hazardous waste treatment.field.In the coal industry,the solid-liquid separator can be applied to the classification and dehydration of coal;in the metallurgical field,the solid-liquid separator can realize the classification of ore;in the grain field,the solid-liquid separator is used to reduce food.Harmful sundries.Due to the complicated structure,poor working environment and poor working conditions of the solid-liquid separator,especially when it is not stopped for a long time,its reliability and life are reduced.In order to make the solid-liquid separator under normal working conditions,dynamic testing technology is needed to realize the dynamic test of the solid-liquid separator and reflect its working state.In this paper,the solid-liquid separator is used as the research object.The vibration characteristics,modal analysis and static simulation experiments are carried out by using simulink and finite element simulation software workbench.The dynamic test method of solid-liquid separator is studied,the dynamic software test virtual software of solid-liquid separator was designed and the vibration and stress tests were carried out.The research in this paper has the following results:(1)The dynamic performance parameters of the solid-liquid separator,the test signal processing method and the stress-strain test method were analyzed.(2)The whole structure and working principle of solid-liquid separator were studied.The dynamic simulation model of solid-liquid separator was established by using simulink software.The vibration characteristics of the solid-liquid separator's center of mass under working conditions were obtained,which provided the basis for analyzing its vibration characteristics and selecting the sensor.The 3D modeling software solidworks was used to build its 3D model,and the finite element simulation software workbench was introduced to establish the finite element simulation model.The modal analysis was carried out,and the first seven orders of natural frequency and mode shape were obtained,and their inherent The vibration characteristics was used to complete the arrangement of the acceleration sensor.(3)The static analysis of the solid-liquid separator was carried out,and the stress distribution of the side plates of the solid-liquid separator was obtained.It was found that the stress was mainly concentrated on the left side of the joint between the two-axis vibration exciter and the side plates,and based on this,completed the arrangement of the side plate strain gauges.(4)With the purpose of sampling and analyzing the vibration and strain signals of the solid-liquid separator,the hardware selection was carried out,and the dynamic software of the solid-liquid separator dynamic signal test was designed.(5)The dynamic test of the solid-liquid separator at working speed of 960r/min was carried out,and the throw index,vibration amplitude,horizontal velocity,system vibration isolation,lateral vibration,throw direction angle,Excitation speed and motion trajectory of each measuring point on the screen box were obtained,and Stress at each measuring point on the side panel were obtained.The overall performance of the solid-liquid separator was evaluated.
