| The science and technology are developed rapidly and the environmental protection has also been attention at the same time. In many China’s animal concentrating feed regions, manure processing of livestock became the focus of attention. Using the environmental solid-liquid separation equipment could squeeze water out of the animal dung. Then the fermented animal dung would become a natural and environmental organic fertilizer. This research was developed an environmental solid-liquid separation device to improve Fengxian district pollution of livestock farms for Shanghai Long Industrial Co., Ltd.Small green solid-liquid separation equipment was designed and developed in this research. The processing capacity of 1t/h or more, and the moisture content of the extrudate 50% to 70% were required. To determine the structure of solid-liquid separation equipment by means of choosing plans. Each key structural was designed, critical process parameters were the calculated using theoretical calculations and digital prototypes was build using Solidworks software. The axial force and the normal force of spiral vane were analyzed by the methods of mechanical analysis and force load was determined by finite element analysis using Solidworks Simulation module. The helix angle of the helical blades, helical pitch and blade thickness were analyzed by the method of finite element analysis of analysis and the optimum values were determined. Combining finite element analysis and orthogonal experiment method, each of three size screw shaft section were analyzed by three factors and three levels orthogonal experiment. And the optimal values of the axis segment size were determined using range analysis and variance analysis. According to the three-dimensional digital mechanism, the entity prototype was made and the optimum test conditions were adjusted by pre-test prototype experiment. The actual processing capacity and moisture content of the extrudate were measured in field tests. The prototype meets the design requirements after several verification tests. |
