The Feasibility Study Of A New 6×10~4m~3 Product Oil Depot Project In Y County, Chongqing City

With the fast development in west China,more marketing demands in nowadays and future,but there is no sweeping tank farm in Chongqing city.In order to guarantee the oil products' supplement for the whole city and radiate urban market,but also can rise the financial benefit to a great extent for the enterprise,and finally can make great contribution to the economic development in Chongqing city.The local enterprise decide to build a tank farm,which can store 6×104m3 refined petroleum products.The feasibility research,generally is the theory which studies whether the project of investment is available or not,it contains economy analysis,technology anaylsis,marketing ananysis,financial analysis,social ananysis.This paper is based on new tank farm building,collecting the requirement of the Construction unit,benchmark yield,cost data,financial data,external data and other related information.According to the requirement of feasibility research,this paper is going to focus on the factor of Project background and significance,Forecast and Analysis of Market Demand,project disignment,HSE management,Investment estimation and fund-raising,Financial evaluation and risk analysis to analyse.And we also draw up the Investment estimate table,cash flow statement and balance sheet and so on,especially draw up the Break-even statement and sensitivity analysis.Accoding to the conclusion,the income rate inside the financial affairs before and after whole investment income tax is 18.08%and 14.76%,and the internal rate of return on capital is 21.04%.We finally darw the conclusion that Chongqing tank farm is feasible in the viewpoint of economic benefit and anti-risk ability.
