Research On The Project-based Operation Of The Publicity Work Of The Kunming Natural Gas Replacement Project

Corporate promotion and media work is usually considered as a very "blurring" work.Moreover,some of current work methods are lagging,while the content is outdated,which makes the work does not closely keep up with the social and market situations.Further,it retards the profitability of the enterprise.Under the current economic situation in this era,to achieve delicacy management and structure a "great picture" of promotion and media work,the concepts and methods of project management should be applied so that the work is clarified,the responsibilities are well-defined,the plan is more comprehensive and detailed,the operation is specified,the resources are well allocated and integrated,and the process is well controlled.Gas equipment replacement project is one of the most important works of Kunming Gas Company during 2014-2017,while the accompanying promotion and public education work is also the key of the promotion and media work.This article takes the Gas equipment replacement media and promotion work as the research object,while the author develops the analysis on the operation and management of projectization based on the study of the reference documents and articles.Within the thesis,the author explained and illustrated the current situation of the media and promotion work of Kunming Gas Company,and penetrate and analyze deeply into the issues and problems.Under the theoretical guidance of project management and media work,integrated with Kunming Gas Company' s media work of the gas equipment replacement project,the author studied on the organization structure design,work plan layout,budget management,quality management,and risk management in the above-mentioned media work.It is showed in the study result that it is necessary to set-up and refine a media work mechanism,to implement the progress management,quality management,and risk management to the media and promotion work.The thesis has also provided the countermeasures to the difficulties and issues that appeared in the projectization of the media operation work in the Replacement Project.
