Research On The Legal Issues Of Third-party Treatment Of Environmental Pollution

The third-party governance model of environmental pollution is an effective way to deal with environmental pollution that is currently being discussed in academia and practice.As a relatively new model,in addition to the advantages of more efficient and maximum integration of resources and the best use of resources not available in traditional models,there are also many problems due to immature development.One of the most prominent issues is the incompleteness of the law and its supporting measures.Law is the lowest morality,the key link that must be experienced in the development of any new thing,and the important guarantee and fundamental observance to ensure the orderly operation of social order.Only when there are laws to follow can third-party governance of environmental pollution be truly implemented.Therefore,based on the analysis of a large amount of existing literature,this paper studies the legal issues must be developed in the first place.The most important thing is to improve the relevant laws and regulations.supporting measures.This includes not only perfecting relevant legislation and making up for relevant legislative gaps,but also improving measures such as corresponding policies and systems that support law enforcement.Therefore,on the basis of guaranteeing the existing legal system,this article puts forward some suggestions for amendments,as well as improvement plans for corresponding supporting policies and measures,with a view to making a slight contribution to the legal research and development of third-party environmental pollution control issues.
