Graphene is a new type of carbon material with good thermal conductivity, conductivity, barrier and mechanical properties.Graphene oxide(go),as a derivative of graphene, has a variety of active groups on its surface.Through chemical modification of the active groups on its surface, graphene and its oxide applications are expanded. At present, the research of graphene / graphene oxide electrical performance coating is focused on the preparation of electrical performance coating by physical mixing through graphene and modified graphene oxide as conductive filler. This method has the advantages of simple process and obvious improvement effect of coating conductivity. The disadvantage is that the compatibility of polymer film-forming materials and conductive fillers is relatively poor, and the stability of the prepared electric performance coating needs to be improved. The introduction of modified graphene oxide into the film-forming structure of conductive coatings by chemical grafting can not only meet the conductive requirements of conductive coatings, but also solve the stability problem of conductive materials in coatings by adjusting the type and quantity of chemical grafting conductive materials, which is the development direction of graphene / graphene oxide coatings. In this paper, the modified graphene oxide was introduced into the water-soluble acrylic resin structure by chemical grafting, and the modified resin was used as the main film-forming material to prepare the antistatic coating. The specific research contents are as follows: the carboxy reaction on graphene oxide with glycidyl methacrylate(GMA)as modifier introduces carbon carbon double bond. Then, through the reaction of the amino group on p-phenylenediamine with the epoxide group in graphene oxide, the bridge p-phenylenediamine with conjugated structure is introduced. Finally, polyaniline is synthesized from the amino group at the end of p-phenylenediamine to obtain the conductive modified graphene oxide(GO-GPPA).The structure and morphology of GO-GPPA were measured by FT-IR,XRD,XPS and SEM.The thermal stability and conductivity of GO-GPPA were measured by TG and four probe method.Through the structure and morphology test,GMA was successfully grafted on the surface of graphene oxide, polyaniline was successfully synthesized on the surface of graphene oxide. The results of thermal stability and conductivity test show that the thermal stability of the modified graphene oxide is improved, and the volume resistance and surface resistivity are obviously decreased, which can meet the conductivity requirements of conductive materials.Then,GO-GPPA was used as the conductive modifier to introduce GO-GPPA into the resin structure of water-soluble propene through free radical polymerization, adjust the content of GO-GPPA in the resin formula, prepare GO-GPPA modified water-soluble acrylic resin, and make its film-forming performance meet the performance requirements of volume resistance and surface resistivity of anti-static coating. The results show that the optimal content of GO-GPPA in the modified water-soluble acrylic resin is 17.08 wt%.
