Because the water-borne acrylic resin has excellent performance, such as aging resistance, chemical resistance, excellent performance of construction, good decoration performance. the country attaches great importance to the environment,water-based acrylic resin gradually replaced the previous environmental protection solvent acrylic resin, and it becomes the focus of research. So it is widely used in automobile, construction, household appliances, glass, etc. At the same time this paper studies the synthesis of waterborne acrylic resin used in the bottle and the preparation of antistatic coating glass paint.Experiment synthesis acrylic resin by the solution polymerization way with methyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate and acrylic acid, styrene, butyl methacrylate as the monomer, amino resin as the curing agent synthesis and preparation of waterborne coatings. Experiment investigates the effects of the kind and content of initiator,proportion of mixed solvent, content of chain transfer agent on the coating. And studies the property of the glass coating. The results showing that the resins has good property when the TBPB as initiator and the content of TBPB is 0.6%, the reaction temperature is 115℃, the propanediol methyl ether/n-butyl alcohol is 2/1 and the content of chain transfer agent is 0.9%.We modify the acrylic resin with organic silane to enhance the adhesion of coating on the glass. And studies the species,contents and joining way of the organic silane.Research showing that the adhesion was obviously improved with adding the organic silane when curing; The adhesion reach to 0 level when using the KH560 and the content is 2.5%.We prepare antistatic coating using the waterborne acrylic resin as the basic material, mixing graphene oxide. using SEM observes microstructure of mixture. Andstudies the influence of volume resistivity, hardness, adhesion, impact resistance,Aging performance on the coating. Experimental results showing that the volume resistivity of the coating is 2.604×107Ω·cm, the performance of coating is better and aging resistance is best when the content of graphene oxide is 3.5% and effectively improve the hot oxygen aging performance of the coating.At the same time we prepare antistatic coating using acrylic emulsion mixed with graphene oxide to improve the environmental requirements. Study the effects of the content of graphene oxide on the the coating properties, and the resistant impact in lanzhou, guiyang, panzhihua. Research showing that the coating has good property and resistance performance when the content of graphene is 2.5% ~ 2.5%.
