Safety is the main topic that can not be evaded in engineering construction.Since the reform and opening-up,China's economic strength has been continuously strengthened,and China's engineering and technical personnel have made remarkable achievements in the fields of water conservancy and hydropower,mining,construction,transportation facilities construction,etc.,as a sharp edge of infrastructure construction,blasting operation not only quickens the pace of China's engineering construction,but also highlights many problems.China attaches great importance to the safety management of engineering blasting operations.For many years,the departments in charge of civil explosives and engineering technicians have put forward various safety management modes of blasting construction through unremitting efforts,as early as 1984,the regulations on the Administration of Civil Explosives were promulgated,which clearly stipulated the use of civil explosives and the training and assessment of blasting operators,in order to improve the technical level of blasting safety,in 2011,the unified training materials and examination Question Bank for national engineering blasting technicians were revised,which promoted the development of China's engineering blasting industry.However,there are still many problems to be solved in the development of this industry.It is well known that there are many dangerous factors and hidden dangers in the civil explosive industry,which threaten the lives of the workers.In actual production,due to the inflammable and explosive nature of raw materials and in the production process,the relevant personnel in production do not have a comprehensive knowledge of safety in production in the civil explosive industry,once these unsafe factors break out,they will cause property loss to the enterprise,or endanger people's life and property safety.In order to ensure the safety and reliability of blasting enterprises in the process of work,reduce the rate of safety production accidents,improve the safety management level of blasting enterprises,it is very necessary to formulate a complete and effective safety operation system.This paper first reviews the existing research results of domestic and foreign researchers in the field of safety production evaluation,expounds the relevant theoretical basis of safety production evaluation,and then analyzes the current situation and existing problems of safety production in TY blasting company.Based on this,referring to the relevant documents,relevant laws and normative documents of safety production in the industry,as well as combining with the existing documents,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of production safety of blasting enterprises,including 16 first-class indexes and 40 second-class indexes,and uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on entropy weight method to carry out empirical analysis on TY blasting company.Finally,this paper puts forward policy suggestions on how to improve the safety production level of blasting enterprisesThrough theoretical analyses and empirical research,the main conclusions are as follows.First,TY blasting company generally performs well in terms of 16 aspects,such as safety objectives,safety responsibility system,etc.,but employees are generally less satisfied with the salary,and most employees are not satisfied with the on-site operating environment and physical factors.Second,after using entropy weight method to get the weight,it is found that the weight of primary factor central management factor(0.158),personal safety awareness and knowledge(0.0991),work environment(0.0912),operation management(0.0838)is higher,while safety responsibility system(0.0273),hazard identification and risk control(0.0122),accident report investigation and handling(0.0166),occupational health and safety culture(0.0288)are of a lower weight.Among them,psychological factors have the greatest impact on the company's unsafe behavior evaluation system,and hazard identification and risk control have the least impact on the company's unsafe behavior evaluation system.Third,through the calculation of single factor fuzzy evaluation method,we can see that TY blasting Co.,Ltd.performs well in terms of five aspects:safety objective(0.6925),personal safety awareness and knowledge(0.7296),operation management(0.7042),hazard identification and risk control(0.7394),accident report investigation and handling(0.7641),however,psychological factor(0.3732),personal other factors(0.035)2),working environment(0.1761),equipment and facilities(0.4401)need to be strengthened,among which hazard identification and risk control are the best,other personal factors are the worst,and working environment is the second.Fourth,it can be seen that the overall unsafe behavior of the company is "good",but close to "better",indicating that the current safety production evaluation level is high,but there are still defects,which need to be improved and maintained.
