Mine accidents restrict the mine production,it is very necessary for the state,society and people that research on the evaluation model of mine production safety.However,unsafey factors of mine production are uncertain,vague,and difficult to learn from other mine historical data.At the same time,with the development of information and technology,the type of information is more and more complex.In this evaluation environment,how to develop a reasonable and effective evaluation theory,it is an important issue facing the mine production safety evaluation and management decision.At present,great progress has made on the research on model and index system of mine production safety evaluation,but the theory is not deep enough based on the original data with uncertain information and the index' weight,and the evaluation results obtained by evaluation method are information confusion.At the same time,the research is not enough on the theory and method of multi-index evaluation under unknown weight information,and a large number of indicators with intuitionistic fuzzy theory and method of information evaluation.This paper considers the factors of the mine production process and characteristics,from the perspective of flexible decision maker,to obtain two aspects from the makers of weights and information gathered from static multi-index evaluation to static a large indexes evaluation,multi-index evaluation method is obtained from the known weight to complete unknown weight,weighted multi-index evaluating gradually explore with intuitionistic fuzzy information of multi-index evaluation theory and method from the basic to multi-index evaluation model with intuitionistic fuzzy information,and the propsed model to be evaluated a mine safety.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Research on the index' weigh of the mine safety evaluation under the uncertain information.Due to the complex and uncertain evaluating process of mine production safety,and the particularity of the mine,it is deficient for the evaluation information of subjective judgement using the exact number expression.The relative willingness of subjective evaluation can be more flexible using the interval valued intuitionistic fuzzy or fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy characterization,more in line with the assessment in the psychological process of evaluation.Using the original data information based on fuzzy theory,? based on the vector projection about interval intuitionistic,the goal programming models are obtained on interval intuitionistic fuzzy bidirectional projection deviation;? using fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy correlation coefficient,the goal programming models are obtained.To a certain extent,the deficient are made up for the lack of correlation between indicators and redundancy,and the effective methods are supported for mine production safety evaluating.(2)Research on the evaluation model of of the mine safety under multi-index uncertain information.? Through the analysis of the existing interval intuitionistic fuzzy decision method,the priority problem may be caused that is the order of alternative categories of mine production safety evaluation.Then introducing the vector projection theory,the evaluation model of the level parameter is obtained with the matrix of bidirectional projection value,avoiding the loss of information;? through the analysis of the existing fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy distance,the results of mine production safety evaluation may be comfused.Combining fuzzy structured element theory and intuitionistic fuzzy correlation coefficient theory,the fuzzy correlation coefficient is obtained on fuzzy number intuitionistic set,and it is introduced to the multi-index evaluating of coal mine production safety and the evaluation model of the level parameter is obtained with the matrix of projection value,improving the ability of category analysis.(3)Taking into the actual decision information in the rapid growth of fuzzy data,and increasing the amount of data,based on the existing data of evaluation model,it is proposed those are intuitionistic fuzzy Skyline decision model and k-Skyline decision-making model,the evaluation problem of a large indexes in mine production safety may be solved with intuitionistic fuzzy information.
