As one of the main forms of cultural connotation expression of Miao nationality,Miao costume pattern is the most striking visual symbol on clothing,which should be inherited,developed and applied to reflect its inestimable cultural value.Therefore,this study will focus on the selection of the most representative Miao costume patterns,which can be used as the inspiration source for innovative jewelry design,to carry out research on the identification of Miao costume patterns based on EEG and innovative design of jewelry.First,to solve the problem of strong subjectivity and large error in feature extraction,from the user’s perspective,the application of perceptual fuzzy factor evaluation and cluster analysis for feature selection.The image factor data samples were screened to establish the perceptual semantic space of the sample,and the basic factors were screened by the fit evaluation method.Then the fuzzy factor evaluation was used to determine the factor weight,so as to obtain the evaluation and reliability of the pattern set,and the factor was used as the evaluation criterion and the clustering analysis was used to screen out the feature set of the Miao costume pattern.To realize the extraction of the pattern feature set that causes the user’s perceptual image.Then,the feature set of Miao costume patterns was analyzed by EEG experiment,To solve the problem of low accuracy in feature analysis,the EEG signal features of the Miao nationality’s clothing pattern feature set were analyzed using the MIC and Grey Relational Analysis.The MIC is used to optimize the semantic vocabulary to determine the main image dimension,and the Grey Relational Analysis is used to rank the Miao clothing pattern feature sample pictures from the two dimensions of EEG data and image data to obtain representative patterns.Realize pattern feature extraction combined with perceptual and rational angle.Finally,the representative patterns are analyzed with shape grammar,and the design elements are applied to the innovative design of the Miao ethnic cultural ornaments,and three Miao ornaments works that meet the Miao cultural image and fit the consumers’ aesthetic preferences are designed.The verbal analysis method and the semantic difference method verify that the innovative design of Miao ornaments conforms to the Miao cultural image.This paper comprehensively screens out the most representative Miao costume patterns from the perspective of sensibility and rationality,provides valuable materials for the innovative design of ornaments,and assists designers to meet the needs of consumers with the optimal form of expression,so as to enhance their market competitiveness.At the same time,it plays a positive role in the cultural transmission,inheritance and development of national costumes,and also provides reference for the innovative design of other ethnic cultural connotation products. |
