Qingdao City Has Strengthened The Study Of Countermeasures For The Classification And Treatment Of Domestic Waste

As for waste management,the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that "solid waste and waste disposal should be strengthened." Therefore,garbage treatment is not only what we must face,but also the common responsibility of all our people.Qingdao,as a green,open,shared and inclusive port city,has a rapid economic development,a net inflow of population and an increasing amount of domestic waste.As a result,the ecological environment problems caused by urban domestic waste are increasingly serious,and have a serious negative impact on people's production and life.Therefore,the study on the Countermeasures of strengthening the classified treatment of domestic waste in Qingdao has a certain practical guiding value.In this paper,the pilot work of Qingdao municipal solid waste classification and Qingdao municipal solid waste disposal Co.,Ltd.are taken as examples.Through questionnaire survey,the problems of classification work,such as imperfect facilities,insufficient capital investment,low efficiency of coordination mechanism and insufficient awareness of residents,are summarized.In the context of building an ecological civilized city,the classification work of domestic waste is carried out Put forward new requirements,make full use of the relevant theories and methods of public management,put forward to increase the investment of funds on the basis of constantly improving the domestic waste treatment facilities,at the same time,establish and improve the corresponding whole process work system,and improve the laws,regulations and corresponding supporting policy implementation mechanism of classified treatment of domestic waste,give full play to the government's leadership,public participation and national supervision.
