| With the rapid development of China’s economy,the demand for oil and gas resources in the whole society is increasing.The state has intensified its exploration and development of oil and gas resources.The drilling depth is deeper and deeper,and more and more problems are encountered in the drilling process.Various technological innovations are constantly being produced,but more technologies are needed to solve the complex pressure problems in the well.The dynamic killing drilling technology was originally used to solve the problem of drilling shallow gas and shallow water causing a blowout or even a blowout accident in surface drilling.It belongs to the category of marine well control and has been widely promoted and applied internationally,but only limited to this.Considering that land drilling may drill a gas layer or a high-pressure stratum,if dynamic well drilling is applied,it can be used for drilling while drilling in the land drilling,and other complex problems can be solved.Therefore,this paper attempts to promote the application of dynamic killing drilling technology to land drilling.The following research has been done(1)The basic structural principle of DKD technology is studied,the process flow of DKD is analyzed,and the conditions for drilling fluid density and displacement calculation of DKD are clarified,which provides a basis for the subsequent establishment of DKD wellbore physical model and theoretical calculation model.data(2)The mechanism of multiphase mixing system was studied:longitudinal vortex mixing and Y-shaped impact mixing.The dumbbell type mixing adjustment device and Y-type drilling fluid density mixing adjustment device developed according to the corresponding mechanism were analyzed.The mixed slurry was confirmed by simulation experiments.And clear water is in line with construction requirements.The equipment of real-time monitoring system is studied,and the mechanism of measuring the annulus pressure while drilling annulus pressure measuring instrument is analyzed,and the research status of the annulus pressure measuring instrument while drilling at home and abroad is summarized(3)The wellbore physical model and theoretical calculation model of dynamic killing well drilling are established.By setting the relationship between seawater displacement and drilling fluid base slurry displacement with time,the theory of displacement and drilling fluid density change with time is established.Calculating the model,obtaining a method for calculating the displacement of the killing fluid and increasing the mixing ratio of the drilling fluid and the seawater;(4)Taking the Gulf of Mexico well as an example,combining the on-site construction parameters,analyzing and calculating the various curves,and deliberating in detail the factors affecting the effect of DKD technology in deepwater drilling,and analyzing the necessity from the conditions of construction,equipment and process.To find out the problems that should be solved by applying DKD technology to land drilling,and give solutions.The wellbore physical model and calculation model suitable for land drilling are established based on the land drilling conditions,and the basic process is analyzed. |
