T-type three-way pipe is mainly used in the T-shaped pipeline interface of gas and liquid transportation pipelines.It is widely used in oil pipelines of industrial products such as automobiles and airplanes,and is an important component of pipeline transportation.T-type tee pipe is usually formed and processed step by step.First,the blank is produced by internal high pressure forming,then processed on wire-cutting machine and milling machine,which brings about the problems of low processing efficiency,low processing accuracy and unstable processing quality.In view of the above problems,this paper aims to improve the machining efficiency,machining accuracy and processing quality stability of the workpiece,and design a CNC special machine tool.The main contents are as following:Firstly,the blank,the workpiece after processing and the traditional processing technology of the three-way pipe are analyzed,and the new processing technology of the three-way pipe is determined,and the corresponding processing parameters of different processing technology are determined.According to the shape of the three-way pipe,the clamping mode of the workpiece is determined,and the overall layout of the machine tool is determined according to the processing route.Secondly,the main drive system,feed motion system,bed,fixture and auxiliary mechanism of machine tool are designed according to the design standard of machine tool.Then,ANSYS Workbench is used to analyze and optimize the bed of special machine tool to achieve better dynamic performance and lightweight purpose.At the same time,the software is used to check the static and dynamic characteristics of the spindle box to verify whether the static characteristics of the spindle box meet the use requirements and whether the spindle box will produce resonance phenomenon.Next,the control system of the machine tool is selected,and the interfaces of the NC system are connected,so that the machine tool can realize the machining movement of the three-way pipe.Finally,the installation of the equipment is completed,and the product is inspected to see if it meets the processing standards of the parts.Through the design of the special machine tool,the processing efficiency,processing precision and processing quality stability of the three-way pipe are improved,and the processing technology of the three-way pipe fittings is promoted and absorbed,which is beneficial to its popularization and application.
