Insolidified high-pressure glass fibre winding pipe combined machine tool is a kind of equipment that is used to produce high-pressure glass fibre winding pipe. It combines three working procedure of winding, solid and extract, and it embodies the technical lever of producing high-pressure glass fibre winding pipe. With the development of computer technology, it is a great leap in winding machine and technology to apply computer control technology. This text mainly discusses and designs the hardware and software of winding control system. It analysed the composing of winding control system; and analysed the theory of winding control system; and bring forward its control scheme; and designed the position module, motion control module and I/O module. At last, on the base of analyzing winding technics the text presented the software of control system. The software was programmed by C and it runs on DOS system.The traditional out solidified mode waste energy greatly and the working procedure needs several hours. Besides, there are many bugs of this kind of high-pressure glass fibre pipe. Insolidified mode that is adopted by this control system solidifies high-pressure glass fibre pipe by high-pressure hot steam. This mode can solidifies the pipe faster and the quality of the pipes are better than out solidified pipes. The control system of insolidified mode consists of host and inferior system. The host is industry computer with touching screen. The center of inferior system is programming logic controller. This kind of control system has good stabilization and high robotization. Hardware design mainly consist of the construction of insolidified system's and configuration of hardware.Software design mainly consist of the software of host and the software of PLC. The software of host was programmed by MCGS configuration software. PID arithmetic was achieved by the instruction of CJ1W PLC of OMRON company PIDAT.In order to improve robotization lever of extractor, this paper designed a control system that based on PLC. First, the text introduces the constitutes of control system of extractor. Second, it designs the electric theory chart. At last it designs the software of the control system on the base of analysing technics of extractor. This control system meets the demands in the reality of the factory, and it runs very well.The working procedure of winding, insolidified and extract are controlled separated. But three working procedure must meet certain condition. At last, the text point out the relation of the three working procedure.
