With the development of China's market economy,the competition of human resources is becoming more and more fierce.Talents as a resource have become a key factor in the development of enterprises.With the innovation of Technology and management,how to maximize the employee's marginal effort by scientific and effective stimulation has become the key to win the competition.Inner Mongolia W Natural Gas Company,as a state owned joint-stock company,mainly engaged in natural gas long distance high pressure pipeline transportation and compressed natural gas,liquefied natural gas sales business.Based on the advanced motivation theories at home and abroad,this paper studies the status quo of employee motivation by means of questionnaire survey in w natural gas company,and analyzes the factors of employee motivation demand.This paper holds that W natural gas company in Inner Mongolia currently lacks pertinence in employee motivation and has not formed a complete and effective motivation system,the main problems are that the salary system is not perfect,the performance appraisal is a mere formality,the training is not paid enough attention,and the career management needs to be improved.Based on the relevant theories and the actual situation of W Natural Gas Company,this paper studies the existing problems of employee motivation and puts forward optimization solutions one by one.First,we should rationalize the salary standards,adjust the salary structure and improve the independent welfare of enterprises;Second,we should optimize the current performance appraisal scheme and pay attention to the practical application of the appraisal;third,we should enrich the content of staff training and set up a reasonable training system,do a good job in the organization and evaluation of training programs;fourth,attach importance to the work of career management,establish a fair and reasonable promotion mechanism,widen promotion channels,create a database of talent management,and assist employees in their career planning and other work.Fifth,pay attention to humanistic care,organize a variety of amateur activities,improve the staff accommodation environment,improve the canteen working level.Finally,the paper puts forward some measures to guarantee W gas company's employee incentive scheme,namely,changing ideas,improving the incentive consciousness of senior leaders,widening communication and supervision channels,perfecting the Employee Price Incentive Evaluation System;Establish Human Resources Department,tamp the function of human resources management,strengthen system construction,improve the corresponding incentive management system.Inner Mongolia W Gas Company should improve and adapt to the needs of modern enterprise management,and set up incentive system for employees to meet their own wishes and meet the requirements of the company's development.It is hoped that this study can be used as a reference for W Gas Company in terms of employee motivation,and also to help similar companies.In addition,the optimization scheme designed in this paper is not detailed enough.How to effectively apply it in practical work is the main direction for the author to continue to study in the future.
