As one of the core components of linear guide pair,line guides’ profile determines the stability,dynamic characteristics and motion accuracy of the linear guide pair.Therefore,it is of great engineering significance to detect the profile of linear guideway in an all-round way.Aiming at this demand,the research on automatic detection technology and device of guide rail surface error is carried out,the guideway profile error measurement scheme is proposed,the verification test of the test scheme is designed,the structural design and control system of the measuring device are completed and the accuracy analysis of the measurement device is carried out.Based on the laser triangulation method,a method for measuring the surface error of guide is proposed.In this method,the surface error detection index of the guide in the threedimensional space is converted into the positional relationship of the guide rail under the twodimensional cross section.The sensor layout on the measuring device is designed,the specific measurement process is analyzed,the guide’s measured data of cross section is separated and processd during the measurement process,and the algorithm for detecting the index error of the guide is deried according to the arc fitting algorithm and the coordinate conversion formula.A verification test of the guide surface error measurement scheme is carried out.The influence of the test bed system error on the test results of the profile error is analyzed.The measurement test of the high-precision round bar is carried out,and the feasibility of the detection scheme for measuring the arc raceway is verified.Then the sensor surface angle test of the incident angle of the sensor is carried out,the error compensation algorithm of the deflection angle is derived,and the measurement result is compensated by the algorithm.The measurement of the incident light of the sensor without deflection and the deviation of the offangle error and the deviation of the deviation error are compared.As a result,the accuracy of the off-angle error compensation algorithm is verified.The automatic detection device for guide surface error is designed.The structural design and functional component selection of each functional module of the measuring device are completed.The strength and strain deformation of key functional components are simulated and analyzed.The hardware part of the measurement and control system is designed.The test accuracy calculation model of the linear guide surface error detection device is established.The accuracy analysis of the measurement device is carried out,and the maximum uncertainty of the two measurement data is calculated.It is verified that the measurement device meets the requirements of the guide surface profile detection accuracy.
