Screw Raceway Surface Error Measurement Instrument Mechanical Systems Design And Analysis

The subject of this sduty is combined with the actual project "The design and development of screw raceway surface error integrated measurement system". At present, the domestic detection method of geometry parameters error on screw raceway surface relatively lags behind. The geometry parameters error detector of screw raceway surface is designed and developed in this paper, it is suitable for our country. Technical foundation for error detection of domestic screw raceway surface and the design problem of equipment development are solved, meanwhile the technical support is provided for geometry error measurement of nut inner raceway.The measurement of screw raceway surface uses non-contact method. That the laser displacement sensor of screen is made by the principle of optical projection gathers the vertical direction data of contour curve of screw raceway surface, and the high-precision HEIDENHAIN grating-foot gathers the horizontal direction data. The system abtains the data of contour curve of screw raceway surface, processes data division and curve fittting, then achieves the measurement of all screw raceway surface and parameters error analysis.This paper mainly designs and researches the mechanical system for measuring instrument of screw raceway surface. Based on the design requirement and the angle of function design, the overall design of mechanical system can be got by the comprehensive analysis and evaluation. Design of headstock, design of tailstock, design of the measurement plane and design of bed and guide are included in the design mechanical system. It realizes two major movement, One rotates the measured crew installed between headstock and tailstock by the fork, the other feeds screen sensor installed the measurement plane along the rail with ball screw drive. The selecting and checking of the spindle motor and feed motor are finished, and the displacement sensors selecting of horizontal and vertical are also finished.Additionally, this paper analyzes the main factors that influence the precision of screw raceway surface error, detailly analyzes and calculates all measurement errors, and then calculates the precision of measuring instruments, thereby meets technical specifications for the precision of designing instruments.
