The reform of state-owned enterprises is mainly through the merger and integration of state-owned enterprises and private enterprises to realize the participation of non-public capital and the diversification of investment subjects,so as to improve the strategic performance of enterprises.Nonetheless,the different merger and integration modes of the mixed reform of state-owned enterprises have a great impact on enterprise performance.However,there is a lack of clear combing of the merger and integration modes of the mixed reform of state-owned enterprises in the theoretical circle,especially the impact of the mixed reform on the strategic performance of the company has not been discussed.On the basis of reviewing the theories of merger and acquisition integration and enterprise strategic performance evaluation at home and abroad,this paper adopts the research method of case analysis.Taking Baotou steel group as the research object,this paper uses the balanced scorecard,a strategic evaluation method,to study the influence path of state-owned enterprises' mixed merger and acquisition integration mode on strategic performance.The study found that: in the mixed reform of state-owned enterprises,the symbiotic merger and acquisition integration can bring the upstream and downstream enterprises into the group's industrial chain extension,achieve green development,and improve the strategic performance of enterprises mainly at the financial and customer levels;Absorption merger and acquisition integration introduces social capital to realize equity diversification,which affects the performance of enterprises in three aspects: finance,learning and growth,and internal process;The partnership merger and acquisition integration has promoted enterprises to be international,promoted transactions from traditional to electronic,and improved strategic performance in terms of customers,internal processes and finance;The controlled merger and acquisition integration approach enables enterprises to obtain assets for R&D investment,ensure product quality,improve product market competitiveness,and thus improve the strategic performance of enterprises in three aspects: customer,finance,learning and growth.Finally,the paper sorts out the influence path of the mixed merger and acquisition integration mode of state-owned enterprises on the strategic performance of enterprises.On this basis,this paper puts forward the suggestion that state-owned enterprises should enhance their identification ability,accurately understand their own needs,and choose appropriate merger and acquisition integration methods according to their strategic needs.
