Loom is an important equipment to change the yarn from a single root to a light industrial product with complex texture in textile production,grain weft insertion mechanism in the main function is to clamping weft by weaving.The efficiency of weft insertion mechanism and the maximum width of weaving are the key indexes to determine the loom performance.Homemade loom production after decades of development has made many achievements,but in the aspect of the design and manufacture of heavy loom,there is still a gap from abroad.Facing foreign loom imported heavy loom millions that price,will no doubt make weaving factory costs rising sharply.At the same time in the late maintenance is also subject to others,so the development of heavy loom is a very valuable research.Compared with rapier loom,the main difference lies in the weft insertion mechanism.To improve the weft insertion method of the old loom is a win-win strategy to save production cost and improve production efficiency.This paper mainly discusses the design and simulation of weft insertion of heavy rapier loom.The main contents are as follows:First according to the weaving technology of loom weaving products by its working circle diagram design,to determine the curve of weft insertion in a few time nodes cooperate relationship.At the same time,according to the comparison and analysis of several common weft insertion mechanism,determining conjugate CAM weft insertion mechanism as the object of this design.Using numerical analysis software MATLAB and high order interpolation polynomial fitting out meet the process requirements of the acceleration curve,effectively reduce the acceleration peak value and speed peak of weft insertion motion.In the face of the conjugate CAM contour curve to solve complex problems,adopt the method of using dynamic analysis software ADAMS to solve out the contour curve and to check the pressure Angle of CAM.Of weft insertion mechanism by using the method of finite element discretization processing,the structure is simplified as a equal beam.It can be divided into thousands of beam element,and can calculate the deformation of the beam element and kinetic energy.Unit movement differential equation based on the Lagrange equation,then set up a differential equation of movement of the weft insertion mechanism structure.Using numerical analysis software MATLAB to the elastic deformation and dynamic stress are analyzed.By increasing the drive link the height,width,reduce the fluctuation of velocity and acceleration in the weft insertion mechanism.Using three dimensional modeling software SOLIDWORKS 3 d model of the organization of weft insertion,using multi-body dynamics analysis software ADAMS to the collision force between the CAM and the roller was analyzed.Under the condition of the design space is limited by changing the CAM roller materials reduces the collision force between the two.At the same time,considering the drive link flexible cases,using ADAMS and ANSYS combined the coupled simulation analysis was carried out on the connecting rod.Through the contrast analysis of the connecting rod to different materials,the influence of the weft insertion movement with the HT350 as connecting rod material makes the weft insertion movement is more stable.To test the conjugate CAM in the practical work situation will happen resonance,using ANSYS Workbench conjugate CAM is analyzed the natural frequency and modal vibration mode.Prove that the design of the CAM is meet the requirements.
