Rapier loom plays an important role in today's textile machinery market because of its strong adaptability,high automation,high speed,high precision and high efficiency.Beating-up mechanism is the core mechanism of rapier loom.In the weaving process,the dynamic performance of beating-up mechanism directly affects the quality of fabric,and it is also the main reason that restricts the speed and efficiency of rapier loom.In this paper,the core mechanism of rapier loom,conjugate cam beating-up mechanism,is taken as the research object.The main research contents are as follows:This paper analyzes the working principle and motion requirements of beating-up mechanism of rapier loom,analyzes the influence of beating-up mechanism on fabric quality and fabric type adaptability,takes the acceleration motion law of sine cosine combination as the motion law of beating-up mechanism follower,deduces the general equation of conjugate cam profile curve by analytic method,and obtains conjugate cam by parametric modeling method Three dimensional model of beating-up mechanism.Based on the Lagrange equation,the dynamic model of beating-up mechanism is established,and the virtual prototype model of beating-up mechanism is established by using ADAMS.By comparing the results of MATLAB numerical calculation and ADAMS virtual simulation,the correctness of the dynamic model is proved,and the influence of different structural and physical parameters on the dynamic performance of beating-up mechanism is analyzed.The modal,rigidity and strength of reed are analyzed.The reed is discretized based on the finite element method,and the dynamic equation of the flexible reed system is established by using the Lagrange equation Based on the method of ANSYS and Adams joint simulation,the rigid-flexible coupling model of conjugate cam beating-up mechanism is established.Aiming at the flexible deformation of reed,the rigid-flexible coupling dynamic simulation analysis of beating-up mechanism is carried out.Based on the i SIGHT optimization platform,taking the structural and physical parameters of beating-up mechanism as the design variables,and taking the dynamic performance of beating-up mechanism as the optimization objective,a multi-objective optimization model of beating-up mechanism is established.Using the Latin hypercube design method,the multi-objective genetic algorithm is called to carry out the multi-objective optimization of beating-up mechanism structure.
