In the combustion control of thermal power plant,the boiler flame temperature is very important for the safe and economical operation of the boiler.For the boiler furnace temperature detection,domestic and foreign experts put forward a variety of detection methods,but has not yet established an accurate and effective furnace flame temperature detection means.According to the existing temperature measurement method,the author design a new type of furnace flame temperature detection system in this paper,which is based on infrared radiation.In this paper,the basic principle of infrared temperature measurement is researched in depth firstly.Single wavelength temperature measurement method is chosen as the temperature measurement method of the system.Then the influence factors of the temperature fluctuation of the furnace flame are analyzed in detail.And on this basis,the author further analyzes the infrared characteristic of the furnace flame in combination with the operation data of the boiler,and the overall design scheme of the system is finally determined.The design of the system includes hardware design and software design.In the hardware design,the author chooses the infrared thermopile as the infrared detecting element.The analog signal acquisition circuit and digital signal processing circuit are separately designed.The display circuit which is driven by PCD8544 is responsible for displaying the processed temperature data.In addition,the author also designs some external circuits,such as key set circuit and security alarm circuit.a prototype is made by the design of the system,and the device has been debugged and set.Finally,the author designed the cooling protection device,which has been experimentally verified on the boiler water cooled wall,according to the special installation location of the infrared temperature measurement device.In the software design,the Lagrangian interpolation method and temperature compensation algorithm are used to get the temperature signal.Besides,the digital filtering algorithm is added to reduce the influence of noise and improve the accuracy of temperature measurement system.The furnace flame infrared temperature measurement system in this paper successful solves the problems of the thermal power plant furnace temperature detection to a certain extent.The system meets the practical application requirements,and has a certain degree of practicality.
