Environmental temperature Has the most important influence on the human life andproduction. Both in the industrial production, food processing, pharmaceutical or medicalprocess, many important links need accurate environmental temperature. To get theaccurate temperature environment is on the need for the improve temperaturemeasurement system.The thermocouple sensor is designed for intelligent multi point temperaturemeasurement system. The first design of intelligent multi point temperature measurementsystem hardware and software control interface. Because the heat effect of the electronicequipment, the measuring result uncertainty. In this paper, using the principle of leastsquare method corrects errors. The temperature distribution of the environment instorehouse is not uniformity, temperature distribution between the different temperaturecontrol principle is relatively large. According to the principle of temperature controlsdifferent temperature measurement module positions are placed. Get the averagetemperature of different point values, according to the each point temperature drawthree-dimensional model of temperature using the MATLAB, the temperature field isobtained by fitting the internal temperature distribution, and gives the method ofevaluating uncertainty. Finally, experimental analysis, using this system can get3D modelthe temperature field, more convenient for observation and analysis of the nonuniformtemperature distribution. The final selection of the different principle of environmentalchamber test, according to test results verify the control principle can be used to analyzeenvironmental chamber using3.D model.In the analysis of the temperature field, the intelligent system can get the3.Dtemperature field model. It not only improves the measurement accuracy, but also improves the level of automation. The intelligent system has important reference value tothe design and application of environmental temperature warehouse.
