| With the deepening reform of the electricity system,Inner Mongolia Electric Power Corporation also entered the fast lane of the company development.In recent years,the selling of electricity of the company is increasing year by year,in 2009 it entered "the club of selling electricity for billions kWh",realizing selling 1007.24 billion kilowatt—hours in a year and ranked seventh SGC series.But with the marketlization of electric power industry gradually,the competition among the power supply enterprises and power generation enterprises become more prominent.Therefore,the power supply enterprise have to develop the electric power market,improve the service quality and change management mode to meet the future more intense market competition.As the core of power supplying enterprises,industry expansion can not adapt to the needs of current market,and the needs of the users.Therefore this paper presents reengineering expansion of reported flow study of Inner Mongolia electric power company,Alashan Power Bureau.Based on the theory of operation management,through selecting the method of reengineering system,this paper analyzes and improves existing industry expanding complied installation process(HVT)in Alashan;and finds out the problems in existing process and puts forward the suggestions for the improvement,and gets the new processes.And then accomplished the new editions of preliminary design of expanding process of Alashan,and analyzes the industry expanding of Alashan empirically. |
