The Research On The Design Of Developing Financial Business In Shenzhen Airport Logistics Company

In recent years,with the rapid development of logistics industry in China,some logistics enterprises not only play roles of logistics carriers,but take roles of providing information,capital flow servicer.For Shenzhen Airport Modern Logistics Company,as a node logistics enterprise,only does it take the advantage of developing specific financial services,it will succeed in the competition.Therefore,it is necessary to design suitable financial business for this company.Through the analysis of the resources,financial status,business status of Shenzhen Airport Modern Logistics Company,and the analysis of the domestic logistics industry fund and mode of logistics financial at home and abroad,This article design financial business model conforms to Shenzhen Airport Modern Logistics Company,and then analyses the benefits and risk of the designed business.Based on the present operation of Shenzhen Airport Modern Logistics Company,this paper analyzed its resources,financial situation and its profit and loss.This paper found that the funds and customer resources of this company are idle.How to take advantages to keep the competition position of Pearl River Delta region.Starting from financial business development,this paper tried to design two developing financial business: the logistics industry fund and financing services to warehouse customers.Comparing the characteristics revenue,cost and risk of these two developing business,this paper discussed the feasibility of them.Finally,the paper found that these two developing financial business---the logistics industry fund and financing services to warehouse customers---not only increased the profit of the company's financial business,but also kept the position of competition.And at last,this paper gave some suggestions.
