With the development of society,aviation technology is developing rapidly.With more and more people choose to travel by plane,and more and more airports and airlines are opening all over the country,the requirements for market access is getting lower and lower.The airlines are facing increasing competition.Insuring the flight safety,providing the best service,performing scientific human resource management,all these factors become the important ways for airlines.Engaged in transforming itself into a world-class integrated air service provider,China Eastern is dedicated to staff devotion,customers'loyalty,shareholder satisfaction and public trust.With the concept of "world-class hospitality with Eastern charm",China Eastern Yunnan Airlines is continuously bring wonderful experiences for global customers with "accurate,delicate and precise" service,trying to build up a high-quality talents team,continuously optimize service quality,and to improve economic performance.But due to the fierce market competition,China Eastern Yunnan Airlines are facing the problems of competitive operation pressure,brain drain,bottleneck of service improvement,unstable customers,and so on.In order to promote the company's development,based on the company's current development status and problems,this article uses SWOT tools to analysis company's strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats,and discusses the importance of implement "Captain,Purser,Group leaders "team construction project(the so called "three leaders project"),and how to fulfill this project by providing series of guarantee conditions.The company should seize the opportunity of "One Belt One Road" and "The bridgehead strategy proposes of Yunnan",with the great support of implement of "three leaders" team construction project,to promote the human resources management,to improve service quality,to enhance brand competitiveness,so as to achieve the goals of "World-class,Happy China Eastern Airlines".
