As one of China’s three major state-owned enterprises in the field of civil aviation,China Eastern Airline strictly follows the direction and content of “CCAR-121” issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China for the pre-job training of flight attendants.This includes proficient equipment operation,reasonable operating regulations,standardized service procedures,and knowledge of urban geography and air defense,and have the necessary legal knowledge and the ability to mediate and handle problems.After China Eastern Airlines moved its training center to Qingpu Technology Research Center in 2017,it brought tremendous changes to the pre-job training for flight attendants.It also opened the prelude to the new development of China Eastern Airlines,which shows that there is research value towards the Qingpu Technology Research Center.This paper’s main object of study is the Qingpu Technology Research Center and analyzed through dividing the system into four parts:curriculum design,resource management,organization department,and flight attendants.The innovation of this study is based on the comparative study of the training system being implemented by China Eastern Airlines and the training system of the old cabin department,which has the most practical training system content,and combines the views of the crew and teachers on the post for the pre job training system to complete the research,which makes up for the lack of detailed and practical research on a certain company at the academic level The vacancy of pre job training system for airline flight attendants.In the study,three aspects are involved in the study,including the arrangement of curriculum design in different periods,the management of human and material resources and the setting of organizational departments.The competency model is used to analyze the teaching difficulty of knowledge and skills required by flight attendants.The Kirschner four level assessment method is used to evaluate the reaction of trainees and the behavior of flight attendants.Questionnaires are used to find out the existing problems in the current training system Finally,the conclusion is given to clarify the deficiencies in the research process.
