This paper combined with the research work of "Integrated Miniature Car Cover Die Development" project of Jiangsu Yangzhou Mould Co.,Ltd.,carried out the stamping forming simulation test and rebound analysis and prediction of the integral side wall of the important cover.The paper uses orthogonal test analysis method to simulate and analyze the wrinkling and cracking problems that affect the forming quality of the drawing process,and puts forward the process parameters that make the side molding quality optimal.The simulation of the springback produced by the side-step drawing process and the stamping process was provided,which provided a reference for the development of the company's side molding.The main work of this paper is as follows:First,the characteristics and laws of deformation in the press forming of car body panels are analyzed and summarized.The finite element model of the stretch drawing of the cover was established according to the numerical simulation of the side wall of Jiangsu Yangzhou Mould Co.,Inc.,including the punch,die,pressing edge and sheet metal model,as well as the mesh division and repair,and the determination of stamping direction;The drawing forming quality of the side parts was analyzed and studied under the conditions of no drawbeads,constant resistance coefficient drawbeads and draw resistance coefficient drawbeads,and a reasonable layout of the resistance drag bead was obtained.Resistance coefficient can effectively solve the problem of difficult flow of metal materials.Tensile tests were carried out on DC06 materials used in actual production.Ten pairs of chuck separation rates were selected to test and determine the stress-strain rate of the specimens,providing a reference for the range of ram speeds during orthogonal test;Based on the analysis of the drawing forming simulation results,through the 4 factors and 3 levels of orthogonal simulation tests,the wrinkling ratio and ironing rate of the cover after stamping are used as indicators,and the mold clearance,punching speed,blank holder force,Four process parameters,such as friction coefficient,were optimized to obtain the optimal combination of process parameters under the two indicators.The two optimum process parameter combinations were verified by the press forming simulation test,and the process parameters were obtained when the thinning rate was the minimum.The forming simulation results obtained under the combination are optimal.Finally,based on the analysis of a single drawing forming process,the side rim trimming and punching processes were simulated,and the simulation of the rebound of the cover after the drawing process and after the completion of the whole process was performed.And according to the springback results under the two conditions for comparative analysis.
