| Since 2015,the reform of China’s power system has been further developed,and the state has encouraged the social capital investment to be supplied by the power distribution network monopolized by the traditional Power Grid Corp.In this context,the country has announced the two batch of incremental distribution network pilot areas.Since there is no first column,,the pilot areas are exploring the construction of incremental distribution network.The first problem is how to change the traditional mode of current grid construction and find a fast and efficient way to build the incremental distribution network.Because the power grid construction and operation have been monopolized for a long time.The progress management of power grid planning is relatively extensive,and basically does not carry out project schedule and quality control for planning.The project investment plan management process is complex and lengthy,and the decision-making process is inefficient.The management of project implementation adhered to the rules,and the application of new methods and technologies was inadequate.The above problems can not meet the needs of incremental distribution network construction,and need urgent reform.This thesis is based on the existing mature project management theory.The method of project management is introduced to the three key nodes in the current power grid construction.Analyze the short board of management and find ways to improve management.In the area of power network planning and management,CPM method is introduced to carry out schedule analysis.In the aspect of project investment plan management,the ECRS method is introduced to optimize the management process and shorten the management chain.In the aspect of project implementation management,we discuss the application of EPC general contracting mode and new technology in the construction process,and shorten the construction cycle.Through the improvement of the above three key nodes,the purpose of building an incremental distribution network quickly and efficiently is finally achieved.Belongs to applied research papers,this paper research content directly from the work,by three increment distribution network in qujing region construction practice case has proved its practicability. |
