Power grid,for each country and region,whether it is the main network or distribution network,the most basic and most important construction is the construction of the power grid.Nowadays,the economies of all regions have developed rapidly.The economic and social development of the country is increasingly inseparable from the energy support provided by the power grid.Since the power is clean and reliable,the society has also received its demand in recent years.Constantly improve.This requires us to innovate constantly,apply high-tech means to provide better electric energy,and also need to build a more stable grid to ensure stable operation of the grid,but it is followed by the quality and cost of the grid construction and renovation projects.As well as the risk and other requirements are constantly improving,the power grid upgrade is facing an unprecedented dilemma.Therefore,for the current government,the main body of the power grid,and even for the customers who use electricity,how can we make good use of the existing resources and carry out the optimization project of the distribution network in the effective area,on the premise of the country's strong support for power construction?It is a problem that many stakeholders need to face and urgently need to solve.This paper mainly takes the 10 kV distribution network project in the G area of the workplace as an example,combined with the project management theory knowledge and work practice learned by my in-service postgraduate students,carries out in-depth research on the management of the distribution network upgrade project in the jurisdiction,especially It is some projects under construction.This paper first describes the importance of project management research through its own understanding of the status quo of power grid construction and distribution network,and points out the background and meaning of project management research for 10 kV distribution network.At the same time,through the Internet to inquire about the literature,telephone consultation with industry experts,and read related books,we have learned about the current research status of domestic and international distribution network projects.Then,taking the G area as an example,pointed outsome problems in the management of the 10 kV distribution network transformation project: the project fund management level is relatively low,lack of project management resources;lack of unified engineering coordination;lack of project management awareness;lack of overall Planning and so on.Then the preliminary analysis of the role of project management in the distribution network upgrading project.On this basis,through careful analysis of the key processes of the power supply enterprise in the G area on the 10 kV distribution network transformation project,the G-region distribution network transformation will be guided from the aspects of organizational structure,risk management and control,schedule management and control,quality management,and cost control.The management method of dynamically controlling the construction period,quality and cost,and improving the management of the distribution network project in the G area can be used as a typical guide for future or all similar distribution network optimization projects in the region.
