Research On Incremental Distribution Network Planning Of A Resort

According to the reform of the national power system,the development of incremental distribution networks is promoted in an orderly manner,and social capital is encouraged to participate in the construction of power grids.The approval of the first batch of incremental distribution network reform pilot projects marks that the release of incremental distribution network has entered the implementation stage from the top-level design.A resort in henan province is a pilot project of incremental power distribution network construction.During the "14th five-year plan",it will be the first five years for the resort to start development,and also a golden opportunity period for it to seek great development and realize great leap.as a result,the existing 35 kV substation can no longer meet the electricity demand of the upcoming a Resort,so it is necessary to re-plan a Resort grid.This paper takes a Resort of Henan Province as the research object,and plans the incremental distribution network for a Resort to provide reference for social capital investment,the main contents are as follows:(1)The electricity demand analysis of a Resort has been completed.Firstly,it understands economic development of a Resort and local power grid situation.Then according to the planning map of a Resort,the grid load density method to forecast the load of a Resort,and the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to optimize the selection of load desity index to complete the saturated load forecasting.Finally,the short-term load forecasting is completed by using the S-shaped curve of load development trend.(2)The incremental distribution network planning scheme of a Resort is designed.On the basis of the electricity demand of a Resort,combining with the technical principles and actual situation of the distribution network planning of Henan Province,the planning shceme of the distribution network of a Resort is designed,at the same time,considering the later expansion,the open-close stations and underground cable channels of a Resort are reserved.(3)The investment estimation and economic benefit analysis of the design scheme are carried out.Under the background of the electric power reform,the incremental distributionnetwork based on life cycle cost management is analyzed by the power engineering economic evaluation software,and several main economic benefit indexes such as investment payback period,net project margin of project capital and total investment return rate are obtained,which can provide reference opinions for investors and builders.This incremental distribution network planning not only meets the demand of power supply for a Resort,but also provides power guarantee for the economic construction and social development of a Resort in the future.
