In by the high speed growth stage to high quality and economic development stage of the new concept of development,enterprise development environment for an unprecedented change,the rise in raw materials,labor costs increase,sales price dropped uncontrollable external factors,such as restricting the management generally weak foundation,backward management concept,management style and extensive development of private enterprises in simple.In under double pressures of management reform and talent competition,enterprises to introduce the international and domestic popularity way of modern performance management to improve management,enhance market competitiveness,to build the purple electronics co.,LTD.As a representative of the private enterprises have felt the urgent need of internal management reform.Built in this paper,the purple electronics co.,LTD.Building based on KPI performance management as a case,through the purple built electronic co.,LTD.,a comprehensive analysis of the status quo and existing problems of performance management and rebuild based on KPI performance management plan,the company strategic objectives into the corporate level,departmental level and personal KPI,and then set up the mechanism of performance management as a whole,make the performance management systematization and routing,through prior control,process control and afterwards control,strengthen the goal orientation,focused on the task,the conduction market pressure,which changes the management mode from subjective,simple evaluation is objective and fair,incentive constraints,management system,performance in the implementation of pay attention to the performance plan,implementation,evaluation,feedback,application of five parts of the last cycle,achieve finally,suitable person hillock,owning company strategic goals,the purpose of the company’s core competitiveness.Private enterprises to build performance management scheme based on KPI,both proactive and guidance,but also has practical and operability,can make the enterprise decision-makers stick to the original scene mission,through the performance management in key performance indicators(kpis)of the organization’s strategic value-added role,strengthen the up and down or so of communication and coordination,make management and workers to achieve the synergy of knowledge,focuses its work,responsibility,carry out,implement effective,promote to achieve the goals of enterprise organization,constantly improve the market competitiveness of private enterprises.Based on kp-based performance management scheme and application,this paper provides a reference for theimprovement and optimization management of private manufacturing enterprises in the development transition road.
