| As an important component of Chinese manufacturing industry,private manufacturing has become the critical power to support Chinese economy.While,the distinctive characteristics including,the weak capital,heavy staff work,and inadequate management system,will be further intensified in the process of upgrading and transformation of the manufacturing industry.Private manufacturing enterprises are going to experience the survival of the fittest,and internal iterations and trade-offs will be carried out within the enterprise.Employee turnover has become a common situation in private manufacturing.This paper focuses on how to stabilize human resources and provide human resources for the development of private manufacturing enterprises in the context of manufacturing transformation.This paper used the method of case study and taken the private manufacturing industry of J company as an example.Firstly,a survey on the employees who have left the company was conducts.The characteristics of employee turnover analyzes found that the lost employees were mainly composed of young and middle-aged employees with junior high school and below that working within the company for 4 years.Secondly,the survey of employee satisfaction and turnover intention was carried out.Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the effect of various factors of satisfaction on employee turnover intention.The analysis results show that the management system,job content,salary and benefits and career development have significant influence on employee turnover intention.The employee turnover is due to the unreasonable distribution of work content,the backward control system,the unsound compensation system and the lack of planning for career development.With the causes of employee turnover,this paper combined the internal and external environment of the enterprise to formulate specific strategies for dealing with the loss of employees in the private manufacturing industry and the crisis management strategy for employee turnover,and provide reference and specific solutions for the study of employee turnover in Chinese private manufacturing industry. |
