With the demand of individuation and diversification,the production mode of hydraulic components manufacturer has transformed into customization and small batch,which aggrandizes management complexities and difficulties.Nowadays,lack of automation and intelligence of manufacturing process leads to low production efficiency,unreasonable resource allocation,high cost and information occlusion.And the emergence of manufacturing execution system is the key to settle these problems.An overall framework structure of MES for hydraulic components manufacturing workshop was constructed by investigating actual needs and targets.Real-time monitoring and data acquisition were implemented to have an understanding of production status,by distributed collection and centralized management.Therefore,the production transparency in workshop was improved.Meanwhile,aiming at uncertainty man-hour quota in mass customization,a prediction method which emphasized on BP neural network with clustering groups was proposed.The group prediction of man-hour quota was realized to improve scheduling accuracy,by applying Differential Evolution and Kmeans(DE_Kmeans)algorithm for clustering groups and separate BP neural networks.To settle with scheduling confusion,the improved NSGA-? algorithm was proposed,which based on adaptive mutation rate and selection strategy.As well as process route,real-time equipment status and man-hour quota forecasting information considered in the model.By case analysis,the optimal scheduling project was proved to reach the target of reduced completion date and cost.The hydraulic components manufacturing workshop MES prototype system was developed by using Visual Studio 2010 and SQL Server 2008.The overall design flow was realized,from the order input to data acquisition,man-hour quota forecast and the output of scheduling project.A powerful support was provided for shortening manufacturing cycle,standardizing quota management,improving efficiency,reducing cost and determining completion date.
