Magnetorheological(MR)damper is a new type of damper that uses MR fluid as working medium.The MR damper can change the output damping force by controlling the material parameters of the MR fluid.In this paper,a new type of dual-channel MR damper is designed and fabricated.A new method to calculate the pressure in flow field of MR damper is proposed for the characteristics that the MR fluid flows continuously through the active zone and the inactive zone.The dynamic input and output model of damper is established and the damper was applied to the anti-recoiling device.The specific work is as follows:(1)Analysis the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional MR damper and design a new dual-channel MR damper.Magnetic field analysis and calculation of magnetorheological Valve by ANSYS.For the problem that FLUENT simulation can not directly change the properties of the material during flow process,proposed the use of UDF to define the Herschel-Bulkley viscoplastic fluid model used in simulation calculations.And then the hybrid simulation calculation of Newton flow and viscoplastic flow is realized,obtained the damper damping curve.(2)The experiment is carried out by using the MR damper according to the design scheme.The experimental data at different current and piston rod speed were obtained and the effect of MR effect on the damping force output was verified.Aiming at the problem that FLUENT and Simulink can not co-simulate,this paper proposes a method of using FLUENT's simulation data to train BP neural network to obtain the damper proxy model.And the dynamic input-output model of MR damper is obtained.Using PSO combine with the experimental data and BP network proxy model to identify the actual system parameters,the specific parameters of MR fluid were obtained and the correctness of the identification results were verified.(3)Based on the key parameters of the material identified by PSO,combined with Artillery Launch Anti-recoil Theory and Training BP Neural Network Damper Agent Model,a simulation model of post-launch recoil motion based on the dual-channel MR damper was established in Siumlink.The effect of magnetorheological effect on recoil motion of artillery after launch under different fixed currents was calculated.
