The Magneto-rheological(MR)damper is a new type of intelligent buffer device using MR fluid as the carrier fluid.It uses MR effect to realize and control the output of damping force.In order to solve the problem that temperature rise will change the mechanical properties of MR damper,a gap-working-mode MR damper is designed and processed.According to the influence of temperature rise on viscosity and yield stress,the mathematics of the damper under temperature effect is established.The model is explored and verified through experiments,and the damper is applied to the artillery anti-recoil system for control research.The specific work content is as follows:(1)The working principle and structural characteristics of the MR damper designed in this paper are introduced,the magnetic fluid flow model is theoretically analyzed and the flow dynamics model of the MR damper is established.The characteristics of the magnetic circuit design are introduced and the electromagnetic field finite element simulation of the MR valve body is carried out through Maxwell software,and the functional relationship between the magnetic induction intensity of the active area in the gap channel and the coil current is calculated.(2)Analyze the influence of temperature on the viscosity and yield stress of the MR fluid in the damper,establish a modified damper model under the temperature effect,and conduct a settlement stability test.Designed and built a set of temperature characteristic experiment system,tested the damping characteristic of the damper according to different temperatures,used the experimental data and the damper model to realize the parameter identification through the particle swarm algorithm,and compared with the experimental data to verify the identification The correctness of the parameters and the credibility of the mathematical model.(3)The MR damper is applied to the anti-recoil system of the artillery,a simplified simulation model of the anti-recoil movement of the artillery is established,and the influence of the MR effect on the recoil process is calculated.On this basis,PID control strategy and adaptive terminal sliding mode control strategy are designed,and simulation and comparison are carried out in terms of temperature influence,which theoretically verify the effectiveness of the control method.
