Compressed air has the advantages of high energy density,clean,sustainable use and many other advantages.It can not only alleviate the growing energy crisis,but also exhaust pollution.Aiming at the problem of how to design a new type of APV and make use of the high pressure gas to do the work efficiently,the method of the high pressure gas volume decompression and expansion in the chamber,the modeling and simulation method of MATLAB,the photo detection stroke method and the prototype test method are studied.According to the performance requirements of aerodynamic vehicles,the paper studies the efficient expansion of pneumatic engines.Based on the research of single-cylinder aerodynamic engines,the overall structural design is improved and a two-stage four-cylinder aerodynamic engine.Using the method of work analysis,the gas control loop of two-stage four-cylinder APV is established.Based on the principles of thermodynamics and theoretical mechanics,the numerical simulation model of APV is established.The influence of the main parameters on the aerodynamic efficiency of APV was simulated by MATLAB software,and compared with the aerodynamic efficiency of APV.The simulation shows that the optimal range of the first-class cylinder is 6-6.5,the second-class is 4-8,and the aerodynamic efficiency of the aerodynamic engine keeps about 51.2%.According to the design requirement of pneumatic engine,the crankshaft of APV was designed and the parts were checked.According to the working principle of APV,the scheme of APV stroke detection was developed.The frequency doubling counting algorithm was used to improve the system control accuracy and reduce the redundancy.Control Strategy.At the same time,by using the bench test method,the wheel angular velocity test data were obtained,and the data of the image and the simulation were plotted to make a comparison and analysis.The feasibility of the model was verified.
