With the rapid development of China’s economy,the speed of building energy consumption is gradually increasing.In order to achieve sustainable development of energy,China has always attached great importance to building energy conservation.The energy consumption generated by the air conditioning system occupies a large proportion in the whole building energy consumption,so it is imperative to put forward higher requirements for the core part of the air conditioning system--the refrigeration room system.This paper takes the refrigeration room system of a battery factory as the research object and studies the evaluation method of the centralized refrigeration room equipment and system and the determination of the energy efficiency limit.Based on the analysis of design and operation,the corresponding limit value of energy efficiency ratio of high efficiency refrigeration room is put forward in nominal operating condition,annual average design operating condition and actual operating condition.When studying the nominal operating energy efficiency ratio(IBEERN)limit of high efficiency refrigeration room in industrial building,the performance influencing factors of each energy consuming equipment in the design stage are firstly analyzed.Based on the national standards issued in China,the energy efficiency of chiller,air conditioning water system and cooling tower is analyzed respectively,and the effective measures to improve the equipment performance under the design condition are proposed.Nominal conditions,our country usually use electric cold source integrated refrigeration coefficient of performance for assessing SCOP of cold source system efficiency,power consumption equipment in the SCOP including refrigerating unit,cooling water pump and cooling tower,and the evaluation of industrial building energy efficiency,the refrigerating room contains power equipment for refrigeration units,frozen water pump,cooling water pumps and cooling tower,so the available definition method,establish a relation between SCOP and IBEERn,known by SCOP limit,nominal working condition of refrigeration room limit,limit what effect.Considering the current situation of energy efficiency of refrigeration room system in China,the energy efficiency ratio limit of efficient refrigeration room system is set by increasing the energy efficiency limit of refrigeration room system by 30%,and the energy efficiency ratio limit of refrigeration room in nominal working condition of efficient industrial building can be calculated.For industrial building cooling machine will average(IBEERad)limit the design energy efficiency ratio,using weighting method,namely the cooling machine system are calculated respectively in 100%,75%,50% and 25% load rate under nominal working condition can effect comparing,statistical time under different load rate proportion,then put together by a weighted coefficient can effect comparing the average of the whole cooling machine system design limit.The energy consumption of refrigeration unit takes a large proportion in the refrigerator room,so the energy consumption of refrigeration room and refrigeration unit can be regarded as a linear relationship.By investigating the annual power consumption of water chiller in a battery factory in 2020,the change of annual load rate of the refrigeration room system and the operation mode of each device in the refrigeration room when the load rate is different are analyzed.It is stipulated that the maximum daily power consumption of the chiller in the whole year is taken as the full load to calculate the proportion of different load rates in the whole year.The(BEERad limit can be obtained by adding the energy efficiency ratio under different modes through the weighting coefficient.In order to ensure high efficiency and energy saving of the system,the limit value of 30% increase is the annual average design energy efficiency ratio limit value of high efficiency refrigeration room of industrial building.When studying the limit value of actual operating energy efficiency ratio(IBEERO)of refrigeration room in industrial buildings,based on Economic Operation of Air Conditioning System [58],the relationship between energy efficiency of refrigeration room system in industrial buildings and all subsystems is established.Based on the minimum energy efficiency limit of each power consumption equipment in refrigeration room,the energy efficiency ratio limit of refrigeration room in actual operation is put forward.Combined with the national situation of energy efficiency of refrigeration room in China,the minimum energy efficiency ratio limit is increased by 30% as the energy efficiency ratio limit of efficient refrigeration room in China.Then,the operating energy efficiency of each subsystem in the refrigeration room of a battery factory was investigated under the working conditions in summer to analyze whether the actual operating energy efficiency of each subsystem reached the national standard,and effective measures to improve the energy efficiency were proposed.
