The large caliber light gun has the outstanding advantages of great power and mobility,but it also brings the problem of complicated and bad force of structure and the difficulty of ensuring the stability of firing.In this paper,a light gun was used as the research object,and the multibody system dynamics,complex system structure dynamics finite element method and gun design theory were used synthetically to study the overall dynamic mechanical properties of a light gun when it launched,the dynamic response and transmission of structural forces in the system and the mechanism of the recoil stability of the frame were analyzed,in addition,the partial overall structural parameters affecting the recoil stability of the lower frame were also optimized,which provided important theoretical basis for the overall structural design of a light gun.Two main methods of gun launching dynamics-multibody system dynamics analysis method and complex system structure dynamics finite element method to solve different problems of their respective advantages were summarized,and the two basic equations of dynamics analysis method and numerical method were focused.The barrel,cradle,top carriage and front trails were used as flexible bodies,two rigid-flexible coupling dynamics models were studied and established.The motion and force characteristics of the gun were obtained by numerical calculation,and the accuracy of the model was analyzed and demonstrated.The above models were used to explore and research the influence of the fit clearance,the stiffness of the structure,the connection location,the soil characteristics and other factors on the lower trunnion force,the elevating equilibrator force,the force acting on the guide track of the cradle and the force of the spade.Based on the comparative analysis,the impact of the law were summarized,it provided technical reference for the structure design of the gun.Combined with the launching dynamic analysis of gun,the mechanism of recoil stability of the lower frame was studied from two aspects:the gun frame and the main features of overall structure and the transmission of the force and analysis of the timing relationship.On this basis,we continued to explore and analyze the factors that affect the recoil stability of the lower frame of gun.The structural parameters which had important influence on recoil stability were found on the basis of sensitivity analysis of gun overall parameters,and the influence law on recoil stability was studied.On this basis,an approximate modeling method was used to construct response surface approximation model(RSM),and taking the recoil stability as the objective function,the multi Island genetic algorithm(MIGA)was used to optimize the partial overall structural parameters of gun,and the optimal results were obtained.The research results can provide the reference for the further improvement of the structural design scheme of light gun.
