| The reliability optimization(RBO)design method developed on the basis of the conventional optimization design.It combines the theory of reliability analysis with the optimization algorithm.Generally,it takes the system reliability requirement as the goal or constraint,and it uses the optimization algorithm to get a numerical calculation method of optimal design under the probability.In the study of RBO,the coupling of reliability and optimization is a difficult problem.Generally speaking,if the reliability requirement is used as the constraint condition,the reliability constraint,mostly the probability function of the design variables,is the unavoidable and difficult problem in the optimal design of reliability.Based on the basic principle of optimization design and reliability analysis,this paper devotes to researching and analyzing the solution process of the highly efficient reliability optimization problem and applying it to practical engineering.After analyzing the basic principle of PSO and sequence quadratic programming algorithms,combining with the idea of chaos search and adaptive inertia weight,a chaos particle swarm optimization algorithm based on SQP and adaptive search is proposed.The example of classical function and link of unfolded mechanism optimization shows that the algorithm has high solution accuracy and stability.Combined with Latin hypercube sampling,regression analysis and polynomial chaos expansion theory,a reliability stochastic analysis program based on polynomial chaos expansion is proposed,and the optimal algorithm proposed is combined with the reliability analysis program to obtain general analysis process of the reliability optimization problem.Link of unfolded mechanism reliability optimization examples show that the results of this analytical procedure are very close to the direct Monte Carlo method.Finally,reliability optimization analysis procedure is applied to the reliability optimization design of the folding wings expansion mechanism,and acquired the optimal solution which make the system performance optimal and satisfy the system reliability requirements.The ADAMS simulation of the optimal solution are obtained to verify the correctness of the solution.This paper has some reference to the reliability optimization of practical engineering problems and the reliability optimization design of the folding wings deployment mechanism. |
