A. Research On Technology Innovation Strategy Of Civil Aviation Enterprises

Innovation is one of the concept of development of ‘Plan in 13 th Five-Year’,in the face of the goal of building a moderately prosperous society,the civil aviation enterprise needs to adhere to innovation and development,make clear their own technological innovation strategy,and focus on improving the quality and efficiency of civil aviation development;they should service in the country ‘ the belt and road initiative ’ strategy.China’s civil aviation industry need to achieve the goal of serving the national strategy and meet the needs of social development,and achieve international and popular civil aviation strategic objectives.They will face the industry’s continuous change and innovation.Many aviation enterprises pay high attention to enterprise planning,and regard it as important decision factors that decide enterprise’s survival or not.How to determine the service content and the development direction,how to find the market breakthrough,these are question that all aviation enterprises must reply.The paper has studied A civil aviation enterprise’ technological innovation strategy.According to the associated theories and methods to the strategy,the paper has analyzed the macroeconomic environment,competition situation,internal quality management and developing condition of A civil aviation enterprise through the analysis methods of SWOT.The analysis results as following: there are some advantages but also some disadvantages for the company.It made specific recommendations based on their strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges,and stepped to achieve technological innovation strategies with "Internet +".According to the competitive environment,industry environment and competitive situation of the service industry,combined with "Internet +" strategy,A civil aviation enterprise put forward the progressive innovation and self-innovation,imitation of innovation,supplemented by the technological innovation strategy to promote the realization of enterprise intelligence strategy to build an international scale network-based aviation group.Focusing on technology innovation of aviation hub network,marketing network and service support network,it built cloud platformand large database,and provided "smart,convenient" services as the core content,building a world-class aviation services business group.Finally,according to the research of technology innovation strategy of A civil aviation enterprise,this paper puts forward the train of thought and concrete measures for the formulation and implementation of technological innovation strategy of civil aviation enterprises in China.
