| According to the vehicle data of TheUniversal car,the number of 4S stores has grown to more than 20 thousand after nearly 20 years of growth,becoming the most important sales channel of China’s automobile market.Since 2014,China’s automobile market has become the largest automobile production and sales market in the world.In recent years,the major auto manufacturers have taken measures to establish sales channels in China and seize the share of the Chinese market.The entry of foreign brands and the rise of domestic automobile brands have made the stock backlog of the automobile market more and more serious in the last 2 years,and the price competition is becoming more and more fierce.The fact that China’s auto market has entered the stage of saturation has become an indisputable fact.Car 4S shops must start transforming to find new profit growth points.Foreign research results show that automobile after-sales maintenance,financial insurance,used cars,car rental are all the main source of profit for 4S shops except for new car sales.Starting from 2015,the commercial auto insurance rate is gradually nationwide.The resulting accident rate drop,customers reduce costs,single premium all be or get out of danger,and a series of changes,car insurance rates will also be more fine,conductor,along with the people factor will be officially involved in the premium calculation.The new channels of telemarketing,Internet distribution,mobile sales are basically mature,and the investment in new channels is growing,and the market for car insurance is getting more and more intense.The management of insurance company has also had very big transformation of pressure.In this paper,we study the insurance company car insurance business model and the traditional business model 4 s inn is facing unprecedented change and test,how to give full play to their respective advantages,foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses,dissolve various aspects the pressure change in the market in the smooth and steady development.China’s Insurance Company and 4S shop cooperation project(car dealer channel)started in 2006,although it started late,but has achieved remarkable achievements,the car dealer channel has become the biggest source of premium for insurance companies,highlighting the importance of the car dealer channel.This article mainly studies the insurance company’s car insurance business model and the traditional management model of 4S shop face unprecedented changes and tests,how to make full use of their own advantages and avoid the shortcomings to resolve the pressure in the market reform in the smooth and smooth development.China’s Insurance Company and 4S shop cooperation project(car dealer channel)started in 2006,although it started late,but has achieved remarkable achievements,the car dealer channel has become the biggest source of premium for insurance companies,highlighting the importance of the car dealer channel.This article takes the cooperation between A property insurance company and Dongfeng Nissan 4S shop as the research object.Through the investigation of the cooperation status of the two sides,this paper analyzes the conflict and game of the cooperation between the A insurance company and the Dongfeng Nissan 4S store,and further analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the cooperation between the two sides,and provides a strong basis for the cooperation marketing strategy which is beneficial to both sides.At the same time,this paper expounds the different strategies of A property insurance company and Dongfeng Nissan 4S store,which should be updated and iterated in the asp ects of personnel management,product innovation,management integration,customer service quality promotion,resource sharing,process,and cooperation between the two sides,in order to realize the development and sustainability of the cooperation between the two sides. |
