An Research On Operating Mode Of HNDW Company's Supplemental Health Insurance

As a supplement to basic health insurance for urban workers in China,supplemental health insurance is a vital part of the health insurance system.With rising living standards and growing health needs for workers,its role in enterprises is increasingly prominent.Establishing and promoting supplemental health insurance will not only relieve workers' medical burden and worries of illness-to-poverty,but also enhance attractiveness of enterprises in job market and promote harmonious and stable development of enterprises.Especially with the reform of electric power system,state-owned enterprises,which no longer enjoy the benefit of egalitarianism,will inevitably face with merit-based market.The key factor to stand out in the market is to keep the talent.As an element of remuneration structure,supplemental health insurance will bring advantages in attracting and keeping talents.At present,many large domestic enterprises have established supplemental health insurance system.However,most researches on enterprise supplemental health insurance are limited to macro-policy and feasibility analysis,rare researches focus on practical case study.HNDW Company,a large state-owned enterprise in Hainan Province,is a pioneer in establishing the enterprise supplemental health insurance system.By analyzing the main problems in its system,this thesis summarizes practical experience and puts forward suggestions to improve its system,which offers insights for other local enterprises and make up for the lack of researches on enterprise supplement health insurance to a certain extent.This thesis,taking HNDW Company as the analysis object,introduces the background of the enterprise supplemental medical insurance and related theories at home and abroad.By applying domestic and foreign advanced management theory and successful experience,and taking national and local policies and status of the enterprise into consideration,this thesis carries out a systematic analysis of the operation and implementation of HNDW Company's enterprise supplemental enterprise,from coverage,fun-raising methods,and payment standard to management apartment,puts forward multidimensional strategies and methods to effectively control and regulate enterprise supplemental health insurance,and redesigns HNDW Company's enterprise supplemental health insurance implementation plan that builds on successful operating experience of domestic and foreign enterprise health insurance.This thesis provides reference for similar enterprises to establish and improve the supplemental health insurance system in theory,pattern and guarantee mechanism.
